Coca-Cola is at it again!
Last year they made a video called the Happiness Machine and got more than 3.2 million views on YouTube. This year the company wanted to make a sequel called the Happiness Truck. The video was made in Rio de Janeiro and it handed out Cokes, soccer balls, and even a surf board!
They decided to put the truck in Brazil because they “wanted to show how happiness translates in markets around the world, not just in the U.S. or Western Europe.” Check out the article here.
Coca-Cola had done a great job at marketing their product around the world. I can’t wait to see more videos.
Here’s the Happiness Truck in Rio:

The video you posted is so cute. The people there are so happy, and to us, they are just receiving Coke. I never saw this on YouTube of even heard about it but it’s such a great idea to promote a product, especially to show that it’s not only liked in America but all over the world.

I really liked this post! I had never heard of the Happiness Machine nor the Happiness truck, but I watched both of these videos and they kept me smiling right along with the people in them. I think that these videos are great ways for the Coca Cola company to market it’s product nonetheless create customer satisfaction! Thanks for the read.
